The Core Covenant
We do NOT store your bank statements, credit reports, or personal financial history. We only retain the absolute minimum required for tax compliance:
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number (for communication)
- Loan Approval Letter (Solely for our internal tax filing purposes)
1. Why we don't keep your data
Most fintech companies hoard your data to cross-sell you products later. We don't. Once your loan is processed or your policy is issued, we purge your sensitive documents from our temporary work systems. We are a concierge service, not a data broker.
2. How we handle documents
All document transmission happens securely (usually via encrypted WhatsApp or Email) directly to the relevant Bank or Insurance Company. We act as a pass-through conduit. We do not create a permanent database of your files.
3. Compliance & Legal
Our privacy framework is overseen by our Legal Head, Prakriti Vyas. We adhere strictly to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, ensuring that your "Right to be Forgotten" is respected by default—because we don't remember you in our database effectively to begin with, beyond the basic contact ledger.
